3. היתר מיוחד
על אף האמור בתקנה 2, רשאי שר הפנים להרשות לרשות הכבאות להעסיק כבאי בימי מנוחה או במשמרת העולה על 8 שעות עבודה בתנאים שיקבע, ובכפוף להוראות חוק שעות עבודה ומנוחה, התשי״א–1951.
