8. אישור הסכם הנחה בנסיבות מיוחדות
ועדת הנחות רשאית לאשר הסכם לתשלום שנתי או רב־שנתי כולל של אגרה בעד פעולות הרשות באירוע שניתנו לגוף מהגופים המנויים להלן:
(1)גוף ביטחוני;
(2)מפעל או גוף שהוקם בו צוות כיבוי מפעלי או צוות כיבוי לשטחים פתוחים לפי סעיף 33 לחוק.
