תיקון: תש״ח, תשי״ג
המודעה בכתב שתמסר למנהל מחלקת המכס עפ״י סעיף 14 מחוק זכות יוצרים, 1911, ע״י בעל זכות היוצרים בכל חבור, פרט לספר או לחבור מודפס אחר, שחלה עליו זכות היוצרים עפ״י החוק הנ״ל, או ע״י סוכנו הרוצה שהעתקות מאותו חבור שהוכנו מחוץ לישראל, לא תובאנה לישראל תוכל להיות מודעה כללית ערוכה בטופס ב׳ שבתוספת או בנוסח דומה לכך ככל האפשר, לפי המסבות, או מודעה מיוחדת בטופס ג׳ שבתוספת המתיחס ליבוא [במקור: לאימפורט] מיוחד.
