1. קביעת התא שיוחזק בו קטין במאסר
החלטה בדבר קביעת התא שיוחזק בו קטין הנתון במאסר תינתן, ככל האפשר, בהתחשב בשלומו של הקטין, וכן בין השאר, בהתחשב בהפרש הגיל בין הקטינים, סוג העבירות שהם חשודים בביצוען או הורשעו בשלהן, עברם הפלילי, מעצרים ומאסרים קודמים שלהם והחשש למעשי אלימות או התעללות ביניהם.
