15. פיקוח סדיר על תנאי החזקת קטינים במעצר ומאסר
(א)נציב בתי הסוהר ימנה אדם מטעמו לעריכת ביקורות עתיות, לבדיקת קיום הוראות החוק ותקנות אלה לעניין תנאי החזקתם של קטינים במקום המעצר והמאסר.
(ב)ריכוז דוחות הביקורת כאמור, יוגשו לשר לביטחון הפנים אחת לשנה.
