6. מסגרת פעילות
(א)קטין, המוחזק במאסר או במעצר לאחר שהוגש נגדו כתב אישום ישולב בתכניות חינוך ובתכניות פנאי, בכפוף להוראות תקנות אלה.
(ב)עבודת קטין תהיה מותאמת לגילו ומתוך ראייה, ככל האפשר, של שיקומו.
(ג)קטין במאסר אשר ישתתף בתכנית חינוכית, לא יהיה חייב בעבודה.
