1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”אמצעי ריסון“ – אמצעי ריסון כמפורט בתקנה 14(ב);
”חוסה“ – קטין השוהה במעון או במעון נעול, לפי העניין, או בגיר מעל גיל 18 בהתאם לצו;
”מנהל“ – מנהל מעון או מנהל מעון נעול, לפי העניין;
”מפקח אזורי“ – מפקח אזורי שמונה לפי סעיף 43א לחוק;
”מפקח ארצי“ – מפקח ארצי שמונה לפי סעיף 43א לחוק.
