4. הודעה על העברת חוסה ממעון נעול למעון
החליט הממונה על המעונות על העברת חוסה ממעון נעול למעון לפי סעיף 31(א) לחוק ימסור על כך הודעה בכתב למנהל המעון, למנהל המעון הנעול, לחוסה, להורה של החוסה ואם לא ניתן לאתרו במאמץ סביר – לידיעת קרוב אחר, לסניגור של החוסה – אם ידועה זהותו, ולקצין מבחן או לעובד סוציאלי לפי חוק הנוער (טיפול והשגחה), לפי העניין.
