6. מסירת הודעה להורי החוסה על קבלתו למעון או למעון נעול
במהלך 6 שעות ממועד הגעתו של החוסה למעון או למעון נעול יודיע המנהל או מי שהוא הסמיכו, להורי החוסה או לקרוב אחר, אם לא ניתן לאתרם במאמץ סביר, על קבלת החוסה למעון; זולת אם לדעת המנהל אין להודיע כאמור בשל טובת החוסה, ובלבד שקיבל על כך אישור מהממונה על המעונות או מי שהוא אצל לו מסמכויותיו לפי סעיף 43א(ב) לחוק.
