11. בקשה לשינוי תנאים
בקשה לשינוי תנאים כאמור בסעיף 36(ב) לחוק, יכול להגישה הקטין, הורהו או הממונה על המעונות או בא־כוחם, ויחולו עליה הוראות תקנות אלו לענין בקשת שחרור, בשינויים המחוייבים.
