5. הזמנת הממונה על המעונות
תיקון: תשמ״ה
(א)מזכיר הועדה יזמין לכל ישיבותיה את הממונה על המעונות או בא־כוחו, והוא רשאי להשמיע טענותיו בפני הועדה.
(ב)על דיון בועדה בענינו של קטין שנגזר עליו עונש של החזקה במעון נעול לתקופה של שנתיים לפחות, יודיע מזכיר הועדה לבא כוח היועץ המשפטי לממשלה, אשר יוכל, לפי שיקול דעתו, להביא את עמדתו בכתב או בהופעה לפני הועדה.
(ג)להודעה כאמור בתקנת משנה (ב) יצורפו המסמכים המפורטים בתקנה 4.
