1. הגדרות
תיקון: תשס״ז, תשע״ד, תשפ״ב
בכללים אלה –
”שאלון“ – טופס שאלות למבקש שאושר בידי נשיא בית הדין הגדול ובידי השר;
”המנהל“ – מנהל בתי הדין הרבניים;
”מבקש“ – כשיר לדיינות שכושרו בר תוקף ורצונו להתמנות בבית דין רבני אזורי או בבית הדין הגדול;
”מועמד“ – דיין או מבקש שהשר, אחד משני הרבנים הראשיים או שלושה חברי ועדת הבחירה כאחד, הציעו מינויו לפי סעיף 7 לחוק;
”דיין“ – דיין של בית דין רבני אזורי.
