14. הוכחת עובדות מסויימות
רשאי בית הדין בכל שלב משלבי הבירור לצוות כי עדות על איזו עובדא מסויימת או עובדות מסויימות שתפורטנה בצו תמסר בבירור ע״י הודעה בשבועה שבה יעיד המודיע על אותה עובדא לפי מיטב ידיעתו ואמונתו או ע״י מסמכים או רשימות בפנקסים או ע״י העתקות של מסמכים או ע״י רישומים או בצורה אחרת, ככל אשר יורה בית הדין.
