26. הזמן
בית הדין רשאי בהסכמת הצדדים להאריך או לקצר את הזמן שנקבע בתקנות אלה או בכל צו אחר לעשייתה של כל פעולה או לנקיטת כל צעד בבירור באותם התנאים (לכשייקבעו תנאים) שצדקת הענין תחייב, ומותר לצוות להאריך את הזמן ואפילו לא הוגשה הבקשה להארכה אלא כעבור הזמן שנקבע או שהוקצב.
