27. אי־מילוי אחרי התקנות
אי־קיום של כל תקנה מתקנות אלה אין כחו יפה לפסול כל משא ומתן משפטי בבירור אלא אם כן יורה בית המשפט כן, אולם אפשר יהא לבטל את המשא והמתן המשפטי כלו או מקצתו בתור מו״מ שלא היה בסדר, או לתקנו, או לטפל בו באותו האופן ובאותם התנאים שבית־הדין ימצא לנכון לקבוע.
