8. צירוף סכסוכים לבירור
תיקון: תש״ח
כשישנם שני משפטים או יותר שהם תלויים ועומדים בו בזמן בנוגע לאותה אניה והמתעוררים מאותה תביעה שהוגשה בשם הממשלה אם בין אותם הצדדים ואם בין צדדים שונים, רשאי בית הדין לצוות כי אותם המשפטים השונים יובאו לבירור בעת ובעונה אחת או בזה אחר זה באותו סדר שבית הדין ימצא אותו נוח. כשבית הדין יתן צו כזה עליו ליתן את כל אותן ההוראות הנובעות מן הצו בין בנוגע להנהלת הבירור המשפטי ובין בנוגע לענינים אחרים.
