17. הודעה בכתב על הזנחה
אם לאחר בקורת עפ״י תקנות אלה או בכל מקרה אחר נמצא דבר הטעון תקון ע״י המחזיק או הבעל, תמסר הודעה בכתב על הבקורת, בשעת הבקורת או לאחריה, הדורשת מאת האדם האחראי להוציא לפועל את הפעולות הדרושות במשך זמן מתאים ככל אשר ייקבע ע״י המנהל.
