19. אדמת ביצה
כשהמנהל נתן הוראות לבעל או למחזיק של כל אדמת ביצה להוציא לפועל עבודת־חיבור שתעודתה ליבש יפה את אדמת הביצה, ותעלות החיבור צריכות להימתח דרך אדמה שאינה שייכת לו או שאינה מסורה לפיקוחו של אותו מחזיק ובעל, חייב המחזיק או הבעל של אותה הקרקע הסמוכה, להרשות לאותן תעלות החיבור לעבור דרך אדמתו, כפי שיקבע המנהל.
