9. הוראת מעבר
יראו עובד הרשות שהוסמך לחקור נסיבות דליקה לפי תקנות שירותי הכבאות (חקירת דליקה וגורמיה), התשל״ב–1972, ומצא הנציב כי מתקיים בו האמור בסעיף 61(1) לחוק, כאילו הוסמך לפי תקנה 2, ויחולו עליו הוראות תקנות אלה.
