15. סמכותן של האפטריוך במועצה להעביר מסמכותו למועצות המקומיות
רשאי האפטרירך במועצה להעביר לכל מועצה מקומית כל סמכות או תפקיד של האפטרירך במועצה, ויכול הוא להקצות לכל מועצה מקומית כל חלק מן הכספים של האפטרירך במועצה שהוא יראה כי רצוי להקצותו להם לטובת העדה האורתודוכסית.
