18. סמכויותיהן ותפקידיהן של מועצות מקומיות
כל מועצה מקומית יהיו לה הסמכויות והתפקידים דלקמן:–
(א)לשמש בכל הסמכויות ולהוציא לפועל את כל התפקידים שהועברו אליה או הוטלו עליה ע״י האפטרירך במועצה עפ״י פקודה זו; וכן
(ב)לנהל את כל הקרנות שהועמדו לרשותה ע״י האפטרירך במועצה או ע״י אחר.
