25. אשור רשימת המועמדים ע״י שר הדתות
תיקון: תש״ח
(1)שר הדתות, בקבלו את רשימת המועמדים שהוצעו בהתאם לסעיף הקודם יעיין בה, ולפי שיקול דעתו המוחלט ימחק מן הרשימה את שמו של כל אדם שלפי דעתו אין לו ההכשרות הדרושות למשרת אפטרירך.
(2)שר הדתות יעביר את החלטתו בענין אותה רשימה לממלא מקום.
