27. הסינוד הקדוש יבחרו באפטרירך
חברי הסינוד הקדוש יבחרו מבין שלושה מועמדים שהוצעו לפי הוראות הסעיף הקודם איש אחד שישמש אפטרירך. בחירה זו תתקיים לפי מנהג קדמון בהצבעה חשאית ועל יסוד רוב דעות. היו הדעות שקולות, תהא לממלא מקום. נוסף על דעתו שלו גם דעה נוספת או מכרעת.
