31. מספר המטרופוליטנים
האפטרירך בסינוד רשאי לקבוע את מספר המטרופוליטנים שמותר למנותם בבטריקיה עפ״י סעיף 30 ומותר לו לפרש בשמו של אזור הכהונה (דיוקיסה) אשר בו ישמש המטרופוליטן.
בתנאי שמספר המטרפוליטנים בבטריקיה לא יהא גדול משלושה.
