36. מי זכאי לבחור חברים חילוניים למועצה המעורבת
תיקון: תש״ח
כל זכר מבני העדה האורתודוכסית תהא לו הזכות להצביע בבחירת החברים החילוניים של המועצה המעורבת, אם
(א)אינו פחות מבן עשרים ואחת שנה; וכן
(ב)אינו נתון לפסלות חוקית, וכן
(ג)הוא נתין ישראלי או נתין עבר הירדן; וכן
(ד)הוא יושב בתוך אזור הבחירה.
