38. תקופת הכהונה
כתום שתי השנים הראשונות לאחר הבחירה הראשונה של חברים חילוניים של המועצה המעורבת עפ״י פקודה זו, יתפטר חצי החברים האלה שנבחרו כך בכל שנה שלאחריהן לפי תור שייקבע ע״י האפטרירך במועצה לפי תקנות שיתקינו עפ״י סעיף 14 והבחירות תערכנה באזורי הבחירה של החברים המתפטרים שבהם יהיו החברים הנ״ל. ראויים להבחר מחדש.
