י. הרכב בית הדין
(1)בית הדין ישב בהרכב של שלושה בכל מהלך הדיון.
(2)דייני בתי הדין המיוחדים לגיור ימונו בידי ועדה לאיתור מועמדים בהתאם להחלטת הממשלה מס׳ 4614 מיום כ״ד בכסלו התשס״ו (25 בדצמבר 2005).
(3)הרב הראשי ימנה בכל הרכב, אב־בית־דין שהוא בעל הסמכת כשיר לדיינות ממועצת הרבנות הראשית לישראל.
