יד. החלטה פה אחד
(1)ההחלטה לגייר את המבקש, ובכלל זאת מעמד קבלת מצוות, תינתן רק בהסכמה פה אחד של שלושת דייני הגיור היושבים בדין.
(2)נחלקו הדעות – תידחה בקשת המבקש לדיון נוסף.
(3)במקרים שהתעוררה בהם מחלוקת מהותית בין דייני ההרכב יפנה בית הדין אל הרב הראשי בבקשה להעביר את הדיון להרכב אחר.
