יז. ערעור
(1)פסק דין של בית דין לגיור לדחיית בקשה לגיור או לביטול גיור, ניתנים לערעור לפני הרכב מיוחד של דייני בית הדין הרבני הגדול שיקבע הרב הראשי.
(2)ערעור כאמור יוגש בתוך ארבעים וחמישה ימים מיום המצאת פסק הדין לידי המתגייר.
