43ב. מקום אחר שבו נמצא ילד
תיקון: תשל״ד־3
לענין סעיף 37 לחוק יראו גנון או מקום שבו נמצא הילד 4 שעות או יותר ביממה או לפחות עשרה ימים בחודש, כמקום אחר שבו נמצא הילד לפי הסדר קבע.
לענין תקנה זו, ”ילד“ – עד גיל עשר, או בכל גיל שמחמת ליקוי גופני או נפשי זקוק הוא לליווי.
