16. התייצבות לחקירה שכנגד
רצה אחד מבעלי הדין לחקור חקירה שכנגד אדם שמסר תצהיר לאימות העובדות שעליהן מסתמך בעל הדין השני, יודיע על כך לבעל הדין ארבעה ימים לפחות לפני מועד השמיעה, וימסור העתק של הודעתו לאב־בית־הדין.
