21. טענות פגם
בשמיעת תובענה לא ייזקק בית הדין לכל טענות של פגם בצורתה או בצורת תשובת המשיב, אלא אם כן נמסרה הודעה בכתב על כך לבעל הדין השני לפחות ארבעה ימים לפני היום שנקבע לשמיעת הטענות ובעל הדין לא תיקן את הפגם לפני אותו מועד.
