26. איחוד התובענות
בית הדין רשאי לאחד תובענות התלויות ועומדות לפניו, לדון בהן במשותף ולתת החלטה אחת בכולן, אם כרוכות בהן אותן בעיות חוק או אותן בעיות עובדה, או בעיות חוק או בעיות עובדה דומות.
