14. דיון שלא בפני בעלי הדין
תיקון: ס״ח תשכ״א
לא התייצב אחד מבעלי הדין לפני בית הדין במועד הקבוע לשמיעת הערר, הערר על שומה או הבקשה, רשאי בית הדין לדון ולהחליט שלא בפניו.
