2. הגשת ערר או בקשה
תיקון: ס״ח תשכ״א
(א)עורר יגיש בחמישה טפסים –
(1)ערר לבית הדין שבאזור שיפוטו נמצא העורק נשוא הערר;
(2)ערר על שומה לבית הדין שבאזור שיפוטו נמצא תחום רשות הניקוז שפרסמה את לוח השומה נשוא הערר.
(ב)מבקש יגיש בחמישה טפסים בקשה לבית הדין שבאזור שיפוטו נגרם הנזק נשוא הסכסוך.
