לא יוקם מעון –
(1)במקום שאינו מיועד למגורי בני אדם בתכנית לפי חוק התכנון והבניה, התשכ״ה–1965 (להלן – חוק התכנון והבניה);
(2)סמוך לדרך מהירה, כמשמעותה בתקנות התעבורה, התשכ״א–1961.
