33. בדיקות רפואיות
(א)לא יתקבל עובד לעבודה במעון משפחתי אלא לאחר שנבדק בידי רופא והציג אישור שאינו חולה במחלה מידבקת ושאינו נושא טפילי מחלה מידבקת.
(ב)לא יועסק במעון משפחתי עובד שעל גופו פצעים פתוחים אלא אם כן הם חבושים בתחבושת בלתי חדירה, בהתאם להנחיות אחות המעון.
(ג)עובד שחלה יפסיק עבודתו במעון משפחתי ויחזור לעבודה רק לאחר שהציג אישור רפואי המאשר חזרתו לעבודה במעון.
