2. חובה לרכוש חשמל
(א)חובת רכישה של חשמל המוטלת על ספק לפי סעיף 17(א)(2) לחוק, חלה כלפי יצרן שבידו רישיון המאפשר לו למכור חשמל לספק, וכפופה לכללים אלה ולתנאי החוזה בהתאם לסעיף 5.
(ב)כללים אלה מהווים חלק בלתי נפרד מרישיונו של ספק ושל יצרן.
