תיקון: תשל״ו
בתקנות אלה –
”מלאי במעבר“ – מלאי שיובא לישראל רק לשם העברתו דרכה על מנת ליצאו למקום אחר, או מלאי שיובא לישראל לתקופה שאינה עולה על שנים עשר חדשים, לצורך תצוגה בתערוכה או ביריד בינלאומי;
”חודש“ – לרבות חלק מחודש.
