8. איסור ייצור במקביל
(א)לא ייצר אדם במשקו תוצרת אורגנית מן החי ותוצרת שאינה אורגנית מן החי מאותו ענף בין שהוא בבעלות יחיד ובין בבעלות רבים, בין מואגדים ובין שאינם מואגדים.
(ב)תקנת משנה (א) לא תחול על משק שבעלי חיים בו בהסבה, ובלבד שהסבת כל בעלי החיים מאותו ענף תסתיים בתוך פרק זמן שלא יעלה על חמש שנים.
(ג)בתקנה זו, ”ענף“ – כל אחד מן המפורטים בהגדרה ”בעל חיים“ שבתקנה 1.
