13. המועד להגשת ההשגה
(א)ההשגה תוגש בתוך 30 ימים מהיום שבו נמסרה למשיג ההודעה בדבר אי התאמה ביטחונית.
(ב)הועדה רשאית להאריך את המועד שנקבע להגשת ההשגה כאמור, אם ראתה הצדקה לכך.
