20. סודיות
(א)דיוני הועדה יתקיימו בדלתיים סגורות.
(ב)דיוני הועדה יהיו חסויים ופרסומם או גילוים של דברים שנאמרו או שנמסרו בהם אסור, אלא אם כן החליטה הועדה אחרת, לאחר שמיעת עמדות הצדדים.
