8. מועד מסירת ההודעה
ההודעה תימסר לאדם, ככל האפשר, בתוך 21 ימים ממועד קבלת ההחלטה בענין; במקרים שלא ניתן למסור את ההודעה לאדם בתוך המועד האמור – תימסר ההודעה בתוך זמן סביר בנסיבות הענין.
