5. תקופת העסקה בחוזה מיוחד
תקופת העסקה בחוזה מיוחד לפי תקנות אלה לא תעלה על חמש שנים והיא ניתנת להארכה לתקופה שלא תעלה על חמש שנים בכל פעם.
