5. הוראות מעבר
עובד שהועסק ערב תחילתן של תקנות אלה בתקופת ניסיון במשרה המיועדת להעסקה לפי כתב מינוי בחוזה מיוחד מכוח סעיף 40 לחוק המינויים, יועבר ביום תחילתן של תקנות אלה להעסקה בהרשאה להעסקה לשעה לפי תקנות אלה וישלים את תקופת הניסיון שנקבעה לו.
