3. הסכמים והסדרים אחרים
סעיפים 15, 17, 40 ו־48 לחוק המינויים לא יחולו על העסקת עובדים לפי תקנות אלה; הסכמים והסדרים אחרים החלים על עובדי השירות יוסיפו לחול על העסקת עובדים לפי תקנות אלה, ככל שאין בהם משום סתירה לאמור בתקנות אלה.
