1. הענקת סמכויות שוטר
בעל תפקיד בשירות הביטחון הכללי (להלן – השירות), אשר הוסמך, לפי כללים שהותקנו מכוח החוק, להפעיל סמכויות שוטר, יחזיק תעודה המעידה על כך שהוא רשאי להפעיל סמכויות, כמפורט בה, לצורך מילוי תפקידו (להלן – התעודה).
