23. תוקף תעודת צולל
(א)לא יהיה תוקף לתעודת צולל כאמור בתקנה 21 אלא לתקופה שבעדה שולמה האגרה בהתאם לתקנה 37 ואם נתקיימו כל אלה:
(1)היא הוטבעה בחותמת הרשות ובחותמת בנק הדואר או כל בנק אחר שתקבע הרשות בהודעה ברשומות;
(2)בעל התעודה נושא עמו תעודת זהות, דרכון, תעודת עולה או תעודה אחרת כיוצא באלה שיש בה תמונתו של בעל התעודה.
(ב)בקשה לשינוי סוג התעודה תוגש למשרד הרשות שבו ניתנה התעודה.
