33. משלוח ההזמנה
הזמנה תישלח לבעל התעודה בדואר רשום לפי המען הרשום בבקשתו למתן התעודה, או אם חודשה התעודה – לפי הכתובת בבקשתו האחרונה לחידוש התעודה, וההזמנה שנשלחה כאמור יראו אותה כאילו נמסרה לבעל התעודה בתום שבעה ימים מיום שהושמה בבית־הדואר.
