45. הזמנת בעל רשיון
(א)לא מצאה הרשות או פקח שמונה לפי סעיף 7 לחוק (להלן – פקח) את בעל הרשיון במשרד של מרכז הצלילה, יתייצב בעל הרשיון במקום ובמועד שקבעו.
(ב)הודעה הקובעת מועד ומקום כאמור, יראו אותה כאילו נמסרה בתום שבעה ימים מיום שליחתה, אם נשלחה בדואר רשום לפי המען שברשיון.
